i know this is not a serious issue or debate.....but i dont care, just wanted your oppinion unsure.gif

 

iv been trying to loose weight for 3 months now but its not going anywhere, and iv been so strict with myself aswell sad.gif

 

iv used diet pills before (3 years ago) and managed to loose a stone in a month and kept it off till recently.

 

just started taking these (im doing a trial for my local health food shop)

and for the first time in 3 months im not hungry ohmy.gif , i had to force my dinner down me tonight, which was shocking, the only thing is i feel a bit "speedy" unsure.gif dunno if this is a good thing or not sad.gif

 

has anyone else used anything like this?

Have heard bad things about the diet tablets, but if you think they may help, worth giving them a try, but have also heard they are addictive as they are amphetimine based I think!!

il try them for a few weeks, if they dont work then bugger it, im destined to stay this size. cant afford to keep buying them blushing.gif

personally i think the key is to eat healthy and exercise. but people don't like exersing, but i'm sorry i have a harsh attitude and i say stop complaining. It's hard work but the reward is well worth it. if you want it that much then do it. But in some cases i know that isn't totally true and you can't follow that.

for some reason my metabolism has slowed down, think its old age and the middle aged spread creeping up on me lol.gif

DIETS DONT WORK. Its not weight that matters...its inches.

 

There is absolutely NO point in starving your body of the much needed nutrients that it needs. The only GUARANTEED way to get into shape is to exercise.

I once lived in a 5 bedroom'd house and when I moved in I weighed 11.5 stone and had a 36 inch waist. 6 months later I weighed 12 stone and had a 31 inch waist.

 

WEIGHT IS NOTHING...INCHES COUNT...TRUST ME...I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE>
