Posted February 25, 200421 yr CTW Members i know this is not a serious issue or debate.....but i dont care, just wanted your oppinion iv been trying to loose weight for 3 months now but its not going anywhere, and iv been so strict with myself aswell iv used diet pills before (3 years ago) and managed to loose a stone in a month and kept it off till recently. just started taking these (im doing a trial for my local health food shop) http://www.all-ages-vitamins.co.uk/largeresult.asp?id=1199 and for the first time in 3 months im not hungry , i had to force my dinner down me tonight, which was shocking, the only thing is i feel a bit "speedy" dunno if this is a good thing or not has anyone else used anything like this?
February 25, 200421 yr CTW Promotors oh!! Ok then lmao!! Have heard bad things about the diet tablets, but if you think they may help, worth giving them a try, but have also heard they are addictive as they are amphetimine based I think!! Techno, Techno, Techno

February 25, 200421 yr CTW Members personally i think the key is to eat healthy and exercise. but people don't like exersing, but i'm sorry i have a harsh attitude and i say stop complaining. It's hard work but the reward is well worth it. if you want it that much then do it. But in some cases i know that isn't totally true and you can't follow that.

February 26, 200421 yr CTW Members I've said it once...I'll say it again. DIETS DONT WORK. Its not weight that matters...its inches. There is absolutely NO point in starving your body of the much needed nutrients that it needs. The only GUARANTEED way to get into shape is to exercise. I've said this once before aswell... I once lived in a 5 bedroom'd house and when I moved in I weighed 11.5 stone and had a 36 inch waist. 6 months later I weighed 12 stone and had a 31 inch waist. WEIGHT IS NOTHING...INCHES COUNT...TRUST ME...I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE>
