What's a DVDJ set?

I take it you're talking about illogick ??

 

Basically, he djs a normal set but at the same time "djs" all the visuals at the same time. make it more of a "show" if you will.

 

Saw a different DJ do it over here a while back and it was pretty cool. They use the visuals really well during big build ups etc. Makes a change cos most visual guys dont know the tracks etc.

so he DJ's and VJ's at the same time eh? nice!

james zabiela does them and they r fookin class!!

ive seen Ilogik do this @ Gods and to be quite honest, it wasnt that im pressive, all he kept doing was using a part out of Kill Bill and moving the sword in Uma Thurmans hand that was it, and did a couple of bad mixes due 2 not concentrating enough.

 

dawn - Basically a DVDJ is the new pioneer bit of kit which it basically is the same as a pioneer cdj100mk2 but you can play dvds on and mess around with providing you have saved it at the right part of the film.

 

 

So will keep him off my "To see" list at tidy then lol

He'a never been on my 'to see' list ... to much messing around for my liking
