im trying 2 create a new album in members galleries, ive been into my controls etc and it keeps coming up with

yeah thats where it keeps saying it mate, just wont let me do anything???

I've checked all the settings everyone should have permissions to post pics :S

 

ive tried posting myself and it works but then i'm admin, I'll try creating a new test account and get to the bottom of it mate
