Yup... Tell me about it... I actually officially work flexi-time too - and have racked up over 25 hours in credit. Everyone else fucks off at 4, 4:30, 5 - whenever they feel like it. I'm always here until at least 5:30pm though - so as everyone else has flexibility at the end of the day, I should have at the start...

Very true ! Do you have regular 1-2-1's or Team Meetings ? Maybe it's worth speaking your mind and telling them what's fair and what's not.

In fairness, things have got a lot better in general... I had shitloads of issues and they were taking the piss a lot more - I had to put together a four page e-mail followed by a two page e-mail of grievances and suggestions after talking through things got nowhere... They started jumping to get things sorted within an hour of the first e-mail... So things have got better, but still aren't perfect.

Well I have sinse learned that downsides come with any / all jobs. But as long as you are overall happy within your work environment then I suppose it is do-abl untill such a time comes when you're not happy at all.
