WOWZERS - what a buzz. Confident as ever, FINALLY got the 'nack' on doing reversing around corners, drove about for a bit, used all the gears which seem stiff as fook (well, 1st and 2nd), clutch is stiff(ish) and makes me leg shake when I'm using it for reversing, nad one slight tap in the Accelorator makes it rev like a beast

 

Very, very nice drive though. So smooth on the road, pretty nippy and an all round sorted little car. It looks tops parked outside me house ! My mum said I was very good on the road too, albeit she was quite nervous when I first sat behind the wheel

 

Driving has become me new found addiction. It's better than sex

woohoo well done for you ;o) its ace when you 1st drive ur own car it gets even better when u pass r test and uve got it waiting for u to g out on ur own in!!!

I can't wait to pass my test. I don't feel AT ALL nervous going out in the car on my own, when I went out in it last night I was pretty nervous at first as there are no peddles on the Passenger side to use if needed in some sort of emergency, like Instructor cars, but I was pretty confident and it's piss easy to drive on your own if you can do it. I love it !

I'm quite chuffed it's my first car. I think I might even consider doing my test in my own car, too.

Apparantly my test works out cheaper if I do it in my car ?

N.B - I'm not doing it for the cost - purely for comfort etc !

I did mine in my own n it wasnt any less

 

 

didnt really matter though as i had the same car as my driving instructor anyway as i picked her bcos i wanted a 206 so i wanted to learn in one
