There are two options with work I can set up - either set up a Scheme where I can get money each month from the company put into an account along with a certin Percentage of my wages to go towards a bond for a house

Well I just don't know. I've got a savings account and I save money each month that I don't touch but save for a rainy day, I think I would manage quite well if I was a pensioner. I wouldn't need a Pension. My lovely children will look after me.

No, your children will put you in a home and let the tax payers take care of you.
