course u can pull a muscle anywhere u have muscles

its a common thing for dancers and very active ppl to do, yes ive donw it when my dancing days were in full form and yes it fucking hurts,

 

they are the muscles used for giving birth so u have to take it easy as not to tear them

I regularly "pull a muscle" in my pelvis area, its what men do, I'm not embarassed by it, its natural.

 

Didnt know women could do it though.
