personally i think its wrong that its near to impossible to buy full fat products out there.

 

you go into a supermarket and 2/3rds of the shelves are '99%' fat free or 'weight watchers' etc. people like me NEED the fat. we WANT to be fat, but are just getting skinnyer

You don't need to eat fat to put on weight. Fool.

If something is 90% fat free, that makes it 10% fat which I reckon is pretty fucking fatty.

 

You'll get fat by living a more sedentary lifestyle Laurence and when you stop growing.

there's more to losing weight that eating fat free or low fat foods. i'm not suggesting a full-on atkins diet but you may find you need to cut back on carbs too. and exercise is important too.
