My liquid intake per day is non exsitant. I do not drink enough of it. When I'm in work, I'll buy a bottle of Fanta first thing, by the time I've finished my 8 hour shift, more often than not, I'll have only drank half of it, and the rest goes in the bin ! I've drunk around 1 Pint of water sinse Thursday ! Although I signed up for the gym today, so drinking water on a regular basis will now be part of an every day routine.

ive had to force myself to start drinking water only lately apart from 1 tea a day maybe 2 at weekends

 

been very poorly lately and last night was rushed to hospital and on a drip for severe dehydration

 

been rapidly decreasing in health past few weeks and test results still havent come back
