my boss pulled me aside last night and had a talk about rules in work with the management team and distance between other staff in work

 

then the manager told me i was becoming nightshift manager

 

 

im well chuffed it hasnt happened yet but it is when new shop opens and the other bosses arent able to be there (w00t)

Hopefully, if I pass my A+ Examinations, I was told by my boss today in my 121, that as we are taking on a new Client situated in London, in the next few months, they will be looking for some A+ Qualified Technicians to be on the team (and there are only 3 of us who have the A+ Skills) for this particular Client, which I will earn myself a few extra 'K'. Although I'm not in it for the money, I thoroughly enjoy what I do, and I'm purely in it for the skills and to be an asset, but for my boss to tell me that, it was good enough recognition for me.
