You've probably seen the USB powered coffee warmer, but check this out ...

 

A Japanese Geeks, which had apparently a lot of free time and a lot of USB Cable (30), decided to build its own Korean BBQ set USB powered and Well after some hard work, 6 PCI USB Card with 5 USB ports, the USB BQQ apparently works and you can even use the computer for anything else if you want to!
