As the working week closes, Clubbed Up is excited to bring you a special show in association with CyberKitten’s 3rd Birthday Bash. This week, we interview the talented Amber D, a leading figure in Hard Dance and the headliner for CK’s event this Friday night at Fever Northampton.

Amber D has rapidly risen in the Hard Dance scene, from her early days at Decades in Birmingham to becoming a regular at the Tidy Weekenders. Her talent has been recognized with Best Newcomer awards in the 2004 and 2005 Hard Dance awards. Since signing with Tidy, her career has flourished, leading to headline performances at major events like Magna and Tidy vs Extreme Euphoria in Ibiza. This week, Clubbed Up proudly presents Amber D for her radio debut.

Following the show, the party continues at CyberKitten’s Birthday Bash. Joining Amber D in the Hard Dance arena are Lucy Fur, Steve Gillen, HyperVixen, Andy Rise, Matt Pickup, Brad Duke, Dion, John Vyse, and Amy D. The Courtyard will feature Rude House by DirtyFlirty vs Funk DeLuxe, including Clubbed Up’s Danny Roberts making his Filthy House debut for CK, alongside Break Fast Bros, Egoiste, and Chris Yates.

Exciting news! Mixmag will be reviewing the event, so dress to impress for a potential feature in their January 2007 issue.

This week’s CD of the Week comes from CyberKitten’s newest resident, Andy Rise. A rising star in Hard Dance, Andy has played at top clubs like Storm and Frantic, including a main arena appearance at Frantic’s Renaissance Rooms event. His dynamic sound ranges from uplifting to hard-edged, promising an energetic mix. Be sure to check out his latest CK residents mix!
