This dynamic Norwegian duo had an absolutely storming 2006, with tracks and remixes signed to several leading labels as well as two DJ appearances on the infamous London circuit. Here they return to Addiction Digital in style with two huge hard trance cuts. The lead track, ‘Give It Up,’ features a distinctive diva sample laid over some tough euphoric riffs with deliciously groovy percussion, while the darker ‘Movin’ On’ accentuates the shuffled groove but delivers an absolutely killer breakdown. The future is certainly bright for this pair!

Hailing from Norway, the Adrenaline Department has been consistently churning out high-octane hard-dance throughout 2006. This EP showcases their distinct sound, packed with energy and a feel-good factor. First up is ‘Give It Up,’ an energy-packed track with skippy percussion and a pumping bassline. It has a distinct old-school hard-house feel, combined with a simple yet effective female vocal and hand-raising riff, making it a surefire floor filler! Next up is ‘Movin’ On,’ combining very similar elements to ‘Give It Up,’ but it’s slightly slower, with a bubbling acid line and building hard-trance stabs. The track builds into the breakdown, where a more emotional take is employed, with atmospheric strings leading you into the main riff, which, as expected, has energy to spare. A great release from one of the best digital hard-dance labels around!
