...or are there getting to be more spamming posts than any other? I know this site has got quiet over the last year or 2 but its getting beyond a joke. I'm deleting about 10-15 threads each week.

I'm still getting use to these mod options I got and I'll eventually learn how to block IP addresses...if I can do that. I suppose I better check the other groups as well instead of just this one.

It's probably not worth blocking all the IPs as they keep changing them - I think all we can do is keep manually deleting their posts and blocking their domains - there are loads of bots registering from russia (e.g. *@mail.ru)

OK, cool. I've been deleting posts and prohibiting posting indefinitely for all the ones I've seen. Have checked other forums though. Will do when I get some proper free time.

James, forgot to ask, when I fill in that box that must be filled in for changing warning levels, do you get a PM saying what I've done? Just so I know for the future.
