Gatecrasher proudly welcomes back the legendary Paul Van Dyk as he returns home for what promises to be one of the highlights of 2007.

After a long absence from the hallowed Gatecrasher turntables, the Teutonic lord is gracing GC1 with an epic 6-hour set. This highly anticipated event has been long overdue, with years of requests for his return. Van Dyk is back to devastate the dancefloor as only he knows how.

Deservedly retaining his number-one DJ status in 2006, Paul Van Dyk has firmly established himself as one of the world’s most prolific DJs. Having received countless awards as a DJ, composer, and producer, he has always been held in high regard by the Crasher crowd. It will be an emotional homecoming for PVD, who has delivered some of the most memorable club nights in history with his exclusive 6-hour sets. These extended sets are reserved for Gatecrasher and Berlin only, making this a rare and special event.

Following a busy period in the studio, Paul Van Dyk will showcase new material from his forthcoming album. After previous award-winning productions and a Grammy nomination, the expectations for his latest release are high. Van Dyk continues to push the boundaries of DJing, embracing new technology. His computer-based sets allow him to layer and remix music in real time, creating a unique musical landscape.

Paul Van Dyk has a special connection with the Crasher fraternity, dating back to his renowned residency in 1999. His ability to read the crowd and capture emotions in his sets has made him universally respected. We look forward to his return to his spiritual home, Gatecrasher.

Warming Up the Night
Riley & Durrant will build the atmosphere in their trademark style, teasing the crowd with expertly selected synths. Their performance, combined with Crasher’s high production values, promises an unforgettable night.
