Lock N Load Events proudly presents Grammy-Award winner Roger Sanchez and his world-famous Release Yourself party for a spectacular one-off London club show at the magnificent Koko. This incredible venue is the perfect setting for Roger’s only confirmed UK club date of 2007, where the mighty S-Man will play an exclusive 5-hour set, supported by a mesmerizing light show and the full Release Yourself production.

Sanchez’s distinguished 14-year career includes Number 1 records worldwide, residencies at renowned clubs like Pacha Ibiza and Crobar New York, a popular dance music radio show, acclaimed albums and compilations, and remixes for music icons from Chic to Michael Jackson, Kylie, Daft Punk, and many more. His excellent Stealth Records label is home to some of today's most successful house music records. In dance music, the term "legend" is often overused, but Roger Sanchez truly embodies it.

For the past 5 years, The S-Man has electrified the legendary Turnmills club with his Release Yourself showcase parties, performing exclusively in London at that venue. This June marks his return to the capital for what promises to be his most exciting UK gig in years – a 5-hour set at the majestic KOKO. This is the venue recently used by Prince and Madonna for secret London gigs and for the star-studded afterparty of the Alfie premiere. In 2007, it returns to the house music scene as the country's most spectacular venue. As a true master of house music, his 5-hour set will undoubtedly demonstrate why he remains at the top of his game after so many years.

"It will be my debut at KOKO and I have seen it once when we went to check it out to see if it was a suitable venue for Release Yourself – and I loved it straight away. With the lay out and set up off the venue we will really be able to bring the full Release Yourself experience to light – lots of room for décor, fantastic sound, great venue.

 

I love London because of the funky street style combined with super sleek style and I ‘m talking people, music, fashion art etc etc – it is a bit of everything – sort of like New York but with an undefinable European twist – great for new impressions and ideas."
