Posted March 5, 200421 yr CTW Members For me, it will always be having knowledge about what you work with / what your role is. I woul dmuch prefer to know alot about something than work in a job and all that drives you to work is the money at the end of it Money is good to have, but as im not such a greedy person and don't class money as the be all and end all, as long as I have anough moey to see me through to next pay day that keeps me alive and well, im happy. March 5, 200421 yr CTW Promotors well I think most peeps would say money, as thats the main reason we go out to work, however it is good to be in a job that stimulates ones brian also!! Techno, Techno, Techno
March 5, 200421 yr CTW Members for me it has to be money. i dont have a partner to support me or the kids, i need to work to keep myself out of the red iv never had money and never likely to have either but i do work for money not job satisfaction (well did to until today ) because with out money, where would we be?
March 5, 200421 yr Author CTW Members Yeh I see your point Luu, but I see some people in a job who brag more about money and what they earn than what they are actually worth !(if they are worth anything) and it just get's up my nose when they make out they are better than the rest. But with me I much prefer to have a mass of knowledge than money ! ClubTheWorld.com's OFFICIAL Events Reviewer
March 5, 200421 yr CTW Members i think when i ran my own pub it was different, i was on courses all the time, the resturant was doing well, catering weddings/christenings etc which meant i was helping someone elses day perfect, i was learning new things all the time and could see that other people was benefiting from it all the time, so it does give your morale and confidence a boost and you know its a job worth doing. ok, my job didnt make a difference to other people's lifes like say a doctor or copper, but i was on great money (as long as i was doing my job properly and bringing in the punters) but i didnt treat anyone any different, i mean there is nothing special about being a Landlady
March 5, 200421 yr CTW Members knowledge, but the jobs i'm lookin at at the moment pay well but ask a lot, so it's a good thing as then i further my knowledge. but both are equal to each other really. you need to strike that balance.

You can have all the knowledge in the world, doesn't automatically make you happy if you don't have money, but then again if you've all the money in the world that won't necerssarily make you happy either. Only 'you' can make your self happy!!! Only 'you' can make 'yourself' believe they are better than you!!! 👶

March 5, 200421 yr CTW Admin Definitely knowledge ! But at some point you have to think about pensions, mortgages and settling down so give it a few years and it will be money again. Having said that knowledge == money - you must always think LONG term James@ClubTheWorld.uk CTW Founder | ClubTheWorld.uk | Twitter | Instagram Clubbing the world together ...
