Doesn't mean its legal/right or that they will continue to be able to do so. There is a HUGE crack-down going on with mp3s alone, many people being sued and taken to court - just not worth the risk... But if we can do it then it would be good.

so as for a radio station playing full-length tunes - god knows how much !

 

Anyone hosting demo cds on their dj site, along with track-listings i would be aware - at least take the track listing off I would say. Its only a matter of time before people start getting done for this.
