i liked the fao section...

 

people are gonna post fao's anyway.. you wont stop it, youll just end up giving in in the end so why not just add one?

 

its like if you talk to somebody across a crowded room... you are talking to them, but whats to stop anyone joining in if they have something to say? you can always tell the to piss off..

I like the fao's admittedly there were some completely unnecessary ones *Mr_Happy* but some of the funniest, most entertaining comments were made there.

FAO's are the basic human eastenders chromasone arent they, you wanna say something to 1 person but you want everyone to see. gives room for everyone else to comment about it and know about it. thats part of what msg boards are about, isnt it?

 

same reason there's about 9 different ways to copy and paste in windows. FAO's just give you another choice. viva revolution and that.

Fao's just seem to help for general queries, like "FAO everyone who was at *insert club here* last night"

 

or "FAO any one up for a drink in the midlands" which is how the whole notts meetup in december started.
