This week Lady Justice Butler-Sloss has awarded the two boys anonymity for the rest of their lives when they leave custody with new identities. We cannot let this happen. They will also leave early this year only serving just over half of their sentence. One paper even stated that Robert may go on to University. They are getting away with their crime. They disgustingly and violently took Jamie's life away in return they get a new life. Please read it carefully...then add your name at the end... and send it to everyone you can! I know where you're coming from but it does make me sick to think how much money is being spent on coming up with new identities for them.

It'd be a lot cheaper than having them banged up for the rest of their lives.

There was a report about one of them starting fights and trouble while they were in there, and one of them (I think it's Venables) has never shown remorse or admitted that what he did was wrong.

Yet we have to spend a fortune making sure he's protected from the lynch mob!

I lived in the area when it happened and it had such a huge impact.

app one of the workers in there said venables is pure evil..

 

imagine meeting a guy then to discover after 5 yrs of marriage and kids that he's really venables!

I don't know if they had to put stuff back into their community or anything whilst they were in jail or do talks etc.

 

We don't have chain gangs in this country, I'd be quite in favour of it though or something similar. Why not get offenders to fix the railways?

 

How can you quantify their debt? How would you suggest that people repay their debt if you were to quantify it?

 

Isn't being put in prison and going through all that entails paying their debt off? Sure, it costs us money to put them there but if they come out reformed I'd say they had a clean slate.

luu yes i agree, wot debt has been paid? they were given trips to the Trafford Centre(europes biggest shoppin mall) and Old Trafford football ground, so wot debt is that paying?

 

 

and why are they entitled to new identities? were they police informers? NO they were coold blooded murderers, who should neva have been let out.

We should lock them in a small dark room with no electricity & feed them bread and water for the rest of their lives.

 

How distressing it must be for the mother & her family who's grief will carry on for the rest of their lives to see the two people who tortured her child walk free.

 

if you take a life in a way such as the bulger case you should have no human rights at all.

 

Tit for tat isnt always the best policy but releasing people like this is insane, how can you believe anyone who had done such a think could suddenly become a model citizen.

the only good thing with that situ is ian is locked away and getting beatings and wont be out for 50 years.

venebles etc tho,they will be in sociaty,dating girls,making friends,living their lifes,

thats something little jamie will never get a chance to do.....

 

i know the pain of losing jamie split the parents but i just hope their coping better and getting thro this ok.

i really hope venables etc parents arent supporting their son's,

i know loves unconditional but i could not love a child that evil.

when it first happened i know one of the lads parents disowned them when it all came to light that they had done it........but who knows, it might be different now

 

 

only in cases where murder is justified should some1 be released from detention.

 

the farmer tony martin woz justified, albeit wrongly, should neva have been locked up in the 1st place. yes murder is wrong, but he had reasons to shoot the burgalars

As you say, there have been reports that Venebles is still causing problems inside...and they really think changing his identity will sort everything out! Fuck that...let the bastard rot!

 

Unnecessary evil like this is sick. It makes me so mad everyday to see this in the papers and tv.

 

Look at Madrid...what possible reason could someone have to do that. 9-11. Bali. Iraq. And many others.

as far as i know, these 2 evil scumbags have been released. makes me boil knowing that they can have a "normal" life, but poor jamie bulger got denied this.
