Some of it is very period, but most of it is timeless classic after timeless classic (NB this only counts for series 1+2 of Monty Pythons Flying Circus as 3+4 got a bit pants imo altho there are some quality shows in the later series) I was going to post a gag about flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality but it's just flogging a dead horse.
