By the way - the other reason I dont like voting is because you can often change your view on a member as you get to know them - so its a bit silly that you can only vote once - if they did it properly you should be able to adjust your vote - or have 1 vote/month or something.

 

The 'weighting' is all wrong in my opinion. I'll have a dig around for a hack....
