I been checking out a lot of the Ibiza clubs and their policies on hiring dancers. Most of theres come from professional agencies so to hit the big time you gotta' have a dam agent!

Sophie, As discussed earlie this afternoon, please contact me when you get back from Ibiza and I'll get you in contact with a few people, and I'll also give you a few contacts of dancing agencies. Yes, most of the clubs hire solely from agencies, however, quite a lot of the clubs are willing to take auditions and should you be good enough, they'll let ya on although you'll need some club dancing experience, so getting a slot with Pen @ XLR8 will kick-start you off.
