Was just wondering if i must be the only person who goes out every weekend and goes to the gym 4 or 5 times a week as well! cos all my mates do nothing in between & they always look good! I only have to look at food & pile on weight! [Grumpy] I can tell you, the last thing i feel like doing on a monday after a hard weekend is working out [Zzz][Roll Eyes][Tired] but its great! - once you get going you cant stop! Really lifts you up again. R there any other people as mad as me? [Crazy][Crazy]

Yeah recently ive given up snout in a bid to win back my footy day's fitness, since i started smokin over 2yrs ago, ive become a fcukin right weezer .

 

Not for much longer though hopefully, fotty twice a week and regular ravin should see me right as rain in no time [Well Happy]

Yeh me 2! [Well Happy] U know what i love best day after clubbin! my gym has all year round out door pool - so i got this little routine going - go in sauna - jump in pool, then jacuzzi, steam n back in sauna - and feel bloody brilliant! bril hangover/comedown cure [Well Happy][Well Happy]

Also go gym few times a week - it's rite the more u go the better ya feel and more energy 4 clubbin [Well Happy][shocking][Well Happy]

The great thing about being over here are all the sports you can do, especially watersports (snorkelling, kiteboarding, jetskiiing), and then of course there's my rooftop pool and jacuzzi, the private gym, the company membership of the beach club and use of personal trainer, membershp of the tennis club......you get the idea.

 

Unfortunately, I really can't be arsed with all that, and instead keep myself mentally fit with my hand-to-eye coordination workout on PS2.

Absolutely no excersice at all.

 

I know I probably should start, as every one has started to tell me that I have reached the age where the weight starts to pile on.

 

However, untill I start to get a bit porky, I am not changing for no one.

I think if u go clubbing every weekend then you seem to stay at the same weight but watch it when you stop!! If you dont go in the week also, your metabolism goes haywire & the pounds pile on!! hehe!

Started goin gym 3 months ago, coz I blatently needed to!! Love it now, partly to the fact that I've lost so much weight and its a great stress reliever too! went 4 times last week, once the day after a late one at Camden Palace!

I used to go gym 3 times a week until work started putting restrictions on my 3 hour lunch breaks! (I figure you need at least 1.5 hours)

 

I now try and settle for sha**ing 3+ times a week but cant find anyone who can keep up ! hehe

 

However, I do now find that 6 hours continuous dancing is better for me than 3 1-hour slots a week - it kinda counterbalances the sweets.

 

James (sat in a presentation which should take 2 hours max, NOT ALL DAY!! arg!)

* Cant log onto board in the evenings cause BT say it will take 2 WEEKS before they can come and do it - DO THEY WANT THE WORK OR NOT ???

 

* Want to get reading the last 4 days posts to get up to speed on the site but cant
