trying to log a fault on the new ip clear service.... i have been given three, yes THREE different numbers to call!!!!! none of them want to help!!!!

    I only just got my connection back with BT last week after much stress with the BT helpdesk team.

     

    17 calls to the helpdesk

    4.5 hours on hold

    nuff bullshit coming out of their traps!

    3.5 weeks with no connection!

     

    .... and in the end it just turned out that the card at the local exchange needed rebooting!...

    Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids,

    we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and

    listening to repetitive electronic music.
