I only just got my connection back with BT last week after much stress with the BT helpdesk team.

 

17 calls to the helpdesk

4.5 hours on hold

nuff bullshit coming out of their traps!

3.5 weeks with no connection!

 

.... and in the end it just turned out that the card at the local exchange needed rebooting!...

Trust me mate, BT are a walk in the park compared to Easynet.. I'm 3 months waiting with them!

we pay bt for this line, about £800 a month. you would have thought that they would be interested.
