i had an argument with my boss, 5 hours ago, about why we shouldn't allow a bloke in the team i run to be given the oppertunity to stand in for me whilst im away on holiday....

i had an argument with myself today cos i promised myself id do this excersise video and iv still not done it at this rate im gonna look like big brothers Jade in a bikini in ibiza

fitness videos are not good - my ex used to try them, and it never worked for her... although every ones different i spose.

I had a massive arguement with my wardrobe this mornin - everything in it is now on the bloody floor

Aerobics classes r good but only if it's to dcent hard house - i use to go to a bril one but the girl who ran it left and it got taken over by some r n b rubbsih - so i jsut remember the moves and dance at home now

u know the easiest way to lsoe weight is to go clubbin like 8 hours an dance all nite - i do this every fri - i lose pounds in 1 nite
