My best was for my 25th birthday - I got given £1000 to spend on a car.

 

It wasn't about the amount of money, it was just that I was having a really bad time with my ex-girl friend who I was living with, I wasn't sleeping, wasn't eating and was constantly depressed.

 

My grandparents gave me cheque and I cried, cos it was such a relief to me to have someone there who cared.

 

I also got a spliff-rolling mat of my best (which has come in handy ever since).

i dunno the best thing i ever got really, probably a games console as a kid, sumit like that.

 

xmas and birthdays get shitter and shitter the older you get.

It has to be either my stereo or my pc cos i use em both so much!!

I got £1000 on my 18th birthday off my grandad to spend on passing my driving test, instead i went to blackpool, butlins, Ibiza and Greece and lots of mad weekends oops .... oh and 12 driving lessons. hehe

I remember I got one of those old spectrum 48 computers when I was lad,totally chuffed with that one.I can still hear the screeching drone of the thing in my head even now.

last christmas my girlfriend gave me a picture of herself, dressed as a bunny which she laminated and cut to size so i can keep it in my wallet...

 

that is, without a doubt, the best present i have ever received 8-)

My friend once emailed me a flyer to become my princess.

Dont know if this really counts, but it made me smile for a long time.
