yeah i get side effects after caning it hard - i don't really get comedowns but for about a week or so after taking sweeties i get like little tingley shocks in the back on my head when i get up or when i'm trying to sleep. think there pretty normal.

I don't always get it but had it 2day - very spaced out feelings and had shakes a bit too

I've actually noticed since I packed in my weekday job that i don't get the faint feelings if i get a lot of sleep wot's made me think that it's also down to not sleeping rather than jsut the pills - 2day had to get up dead erly 4 interview - so thinks that's y i've bin fooked all day

Does any1 get reoccuring problems after having a heavy w/end?

 

I get really bad headrushes for about 5days after going clubbing, every time I stand up I get really dizzy and my sight just blacks out?

I know what you meen im having a couple of weeks of started this weekend, not goin out till creamfields!!!

Funnily enough i dont get any kinda come downs, im my usual chirpy bubbly self still, i do have a bit of a memory thing goin on but thats only to be expected...ask anyone who knows me that im quite good after bein fukt at weekends!!

This was the first w/end out clubbing for about 5 weeks so I got a bit over excited and got very messy so I have no1 to blame but myself! Whoops

Thats well lucky, I generally suffer quite bad but then that could be sleep deprivation.

After Ibiza and GK Global gathering I kept blacking out and other scary [censored], went after about a week though. Definately caning too hard!

yeah i generally dont sleep at weekends if out on from one place to a party to home to get ready then back out again!!
