Also yeah ... My mates are useless and i need to go clubbing more and this apparently is the place to find like-minded people

just chattin to a friend on msn about this. clubbin is going back underground so boards like this will be useful. but big clubs have had it.

aye, it's a shame but i do prefer the underground feel to clubs. Clubbin in the past 3yrs just got to much attitude

Only came on the site to see the picture of me back from March, then got hooked i guess!

because all my mates had either 'settled down', or grown out of the clubbing scene, or were into different types of music genres, or they liked clubbing but only at the locally shite-club, or they were only really into wine bar shite or 'non proper' clubs which shut at 2am, or they constantly winged that they were too tired, or MORE IMPORTANTLY ---> they CONSTANTLY let me down ( ) at the last minute and I suddenly found I had nowhere to go to on a fri/sat night.

 

I used to literal be mega-suicidle when I was faced with the prospect of staying in all weekend. I used to go to Hammersmith Palais and then when my mates stopped going I went on my own for 5 weeks - purely for the music & dancing - met a few people but not any regulars - then the place got full of 'rude boys' and there were stabbings and people going round with needles with viruses in such as HIV (not sure how true this was). I then stopped going.

 

I then went to Ibiza last year and found that only 1 out of the 5 blokes I went with wanted to be out each and every night until 8am like me - I was p*ssed off and went out on my own - it was enjoyable but I did feel a bit 'sad' and my confidence then was not great. I then set the site up when I got back as I was mega f*cked off and the worst thing in the world for me was to be faced with no regular clubbing mates - especially for ibiza this year.

 

I also COULDNT UNDERSTAND why people 'stacked-up' all their cash/energy/incentives to go clubbing after holidays - I wanted to be STRAIGHT BACK OUT the very same weekend I came back from Ibiza - and I did.

 

There is nothing like meeting up with larger and larger groups and reminicing on previous club nights - I love the buzz and the buzz is the only reason I do this site - I [censored] LOVE IT and its bigger than I could have ever hoped for. If it all goes tomorrow (lets hope not) I will still be content and priviledged to have met all of you - CHEERS DUDES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I met James and others @ GKGG the day after I came back from Ibiza and I s'pose James is a good salesman. Or the fact that he gave me a lift to the station afterwards made me feel in debt to him. Glad I met you James and everyone else, cheers guy.

I found this site whilst in Ibiza on trip 2 of 3 this year.. one left to go now... 4 weeks away!

main reason would have to be..

 

to chat/meet evn more people!

 

I'm on something like about 15 message boards so it's aways nice to add to the list! tend to find people you know on the different boards and meet lots of new people,

 

my home club/message board is gods!

to find cool people to go with to gatecrasher summer sound system

 

i failed at that so i had to settle for going with you clowns
