[ CTW ] - Roles & Responsibilities

James M (@James) - Web Site Founder

• Updating and enhancing the website
• Provide direction to Kev & Sarah
• Actively listen to members' concerns, issues & suggestions
• Ensure the CTW vision & mission statement is clear to all

Kev Coxall (@CreamyC) - Member Relations

• Make contact with new members, arrange meet-ups as soon as humanly possible
• Keep communication current with existing members and responding to their needs
• Liaise with members willing to add content to the site (e.g. reviews etc.)
• Ensure that reps have official ClubTheWorld business cards (coming soon)
• Arrange orders for official ClubTheWorld merchandise (e.g. T-Shirts)
• Ensure all members are kept up to date with CTW schedules (prepared by Sarah)
• Inform new members of the rep for their area, additionally informing the allocated rep of new members also
• Ensure all new members are made welcome

Sarah Green (@SarahPVC) - Promotion & Events Co-ordinator

• Advertising ClubTheWorld.uk to other Promoters & Clubbers
• Organising regular events & ensuring the meet-ups run smoothly
• Arranging photos & interviews with DJs
• Arranging links to / from our affiliates
