just to let you know, neil and i got our confirmation through, and they have put mrs instead of miss on mine.

 

i called up today, to check it was ok and some woman said it should be ok, but she couldnt guarantee it.

 

i asked for it in writing, and she wouldnt.

she told me i would have to pay £50 to change.

 

i told her we booked it as miss etc, but she wasnt interested.

 

she was really rude, not willing to help, and said she was the supervisor!

 

she said to me ''have you never heard of human error?''

 

wouldnt accept it was their fault.

 

just a warning to everyone, check all your details, cos the Holiday-store dont give a [censored] as long as they've got their money.

 

im not letting this go, am going to speak to a higher person.

 

dont want to risk not going away just cos it says mrs instead of miss.

Yeah know what you mean Becks, last year when I went away they sent me details "Kevin Coxall" and not CreamyC - Worldwide Superstar (Yes ladies?), they refused to change it and I had to make do with that lame name!

that's well outta order Beckie - you've got me worried now - I havn't even received our tickets tho they did say 10 days b4 so will hopefully get 'em this week - I have had minor probs tho - like when i paid by card the balance over the phone - i got a nasty letter the week later saying they were gonna cancel it coz i hadn'nt paid when i had - i ring them up and they say the payment wasn't reocrde d- how bloody bad is that well they did sort it - but they've def go probs - think i'll get last minute deal net time, jst hope it all goes ok, keep on at them tho - there's no way u should be expected to pay that.

why not do it yourself instead of via travel agents?

 

each set of flights this year has cost me £50 return and £100 per week for hotel..

 

the next trip is going to be even cheaper in sept for closing parties, £11 quid a night for the hotel! quite nice one as well.

 

last year I got an apartment behind cafe mambo, fully booked this year though

It's a pity you had trouble with the Holiday Store. I have booked my Ibiza holidays with them for the last 3 years, and I've always found them really good - the hotels are OK, the prices are cheap, and the reps aren't too pushy.

has anyone got transfers from airport? just wondered coz last couple of times we illegally boarded some body else's coach and got away wtih it!!! just asked if it was going to our hetel and jumped on - usually works!!
