I've had my arse and/or todger grabbed/ tickled or pinched by girls on more than one occasion, and being male tend to get quite flattered, as sometimes it leads to a snog or whatever.

 

I think for women it can be quite/ very intimidating, especially if it's between the legs, and to be honest, a bloke doing that would be up for indecent assualt, if she had the police called. So i'd steer well clear guy's.
