So if he didnt want you there he would of let you go there and then. I think you're probably just paranoid...probably the blood in your chemical stream taking over.

Then its not a very good company is it. If I were you, I'd stay and just piss them off til they had no choice but to sack me.

 

Go to the citizens advice and tell them about the management, how unproffesional they are.

Well if you leave and put them down as a reference, its illegal for them to give you a bad one...the worst they can do is refuse to give one, or just they that they wouldnt re-employ you.
