having offsted (office for standards in education) visit me at home today to interview me and asses the enviroment im in

 

should be fun

 

my whole future (OTT, i know but thats what it feels like ) depends on a 2 hour visit

 

and just to top it all off the kids picked a good day to be ill (at least they will see me with kids i spose )

Why are you getting OFSTEDed?

 

My mum's school's getting done soon.

its all done, she was only here for 45 mins (dont know if thats good or not)

 

went well, i think

 

just all the vital form filling to do (i get to pry into phillis's past hope theres nothing dark there )

 

i have a huge stack of stuff to read,

 

courses to enrole in including .......................

first aid, health and safety, peadiatric care, food hygiene, learing through play, disapline without harm, and child abuse and how to spot it EEEK

 

grants to apply for (for safety and learning equipment)

get my insurance sorted

full medical

 

then, as its classed as your own business i have to sort out some sort of book-keeping system and get my head ticking over stuff that i know nothing about like tax and national insurance
