Even more intresting, this has been a manifesto comitment from labour for the last two elections...

It almost gaurenteed My Tony 'Control freak' Blair, the youth vote when he came into power, and then again last time, as they didn't quite get round to it in the first four years. Tho they had it as a main stay on all the youth campaigns in both elections!!

 

I guess that even Mr Tony can't have this as an un-enacted manifesto pledge for three elections running.

 

Just watch for manifesto pledges on Cannabis/ drugs reform in the run up to the next election.

Remember the guy's got kids..and knows just what will press the youth buttons.
