Iv had 3 hours sleep and feel like poo!!

I have had 6hrs sleep last nites, a huge hang over and had to [censored].....mmmmm

trying going to sleep only to be woken up with a throat that is so sore that you feel like you are being sufficated. Hurts like [censored]

yep - I gott hat three timesl ast night...

Thought u were supposed to be a nurse lol.

 

What works for me is a hot bath and straight to bed( preferably with fresh bedding) with hot lemsip max strength

 

Simple but tends to [censored] for me
