Some things are too fcukin eerie !!!

 

I smoked for two and a half years and recently stopped for 9 weeks. Until .. today ..

 

Ooops.

 

But I'm trying to smoke SilkCut instead of B&H, my regular snout. I'll definitely stop again for new year though.

Why new year? Stop now mate and spend the money on something nice instead.

 

I will try not to buy them, but this is something like the 6th time in a row I've given up unsuccessfully.

 

At least the start of the new year is a big motivator.

 

I'm still a twat for giving in today after nearly 10 weeks, but unless you're a smoker, you don't know how hard it can be.

 

Fuckin things.

Used to smoke 35 (marlboro or JPS) a day & now smoke occasionally! Feel a lot better for it!

I smoked for 8 years then stopped for 2. I've been smoking again for 4 years and am seriously thinking about giving em up....I can think of better things to spend the money on !

 

When I stopped last time, I used Nicotinel patches and that's the route I'd go for again. I only had to use them for a week to kick the habit !

Used to smoke and stopped ... now I only tend to smoke when fuct or pissed !!

I used to use the Nicorette patches & smoke at the same time!! Proper rush!

i dont smoke but i put a patch on once and it was madness then i had some faster and i was a mess
