ANybody know a damn fine cold cure, I have a storming 24hours of clubbing ahead of me, and I can't miss it, but I can't call in sick on Monday as I asked for the day off and was told I can't have it, so I need a damn good cold cure....and quick

Um, i'm pretty sure your cold would be gone if you chopped off your head, but that has the slight drawback of death, so in hinsdsight i think maybe ignoring my suggestion would be the best idea

Good good, for i forsee having a head and brain could be sueful, can't think what for but their must be some reason.

At the moment i'm using Lemsip cold + flu Max Strength capsules and they seem to have done me the world of good in less than 24 hours. Had never used them before yesterday, so i'm quite impressed at how well they [censored]

I know a good cure but it hurts like hell.

 

Go buy some Menthol Crystals BP from the chemist, you add them to hot water til vapour is produced then stick your head over the bowl with a towel to catch the steam.

 

Make sure you keep your eyes tightly shut as it stings. you'll get liquid running out of you nose, just let it fall into the bowl. You may also get liquid in your mouth spit it our into the bowl. If you repeat this a few times it should get most of the cold out.

Get pissed .... so I agree with Sarah.

 

The alcohol will cause water displacement in your cells and have the effect of destroying the viral cells. Thats why you end up with a minging headache after getting drunk. If need to get v.v.v. pissed for this too [censored] though !!

 

Else, Just stick to Beachams powder capsules or them flu plus type things and you should be ok. You should be ok doing naughty things on them too. i have and I've been ok.

A mate of mine swears by Aftershock...

When you goto bed, block each nostril with sum toilet roll and then goto sleep. When you wake in the morning, your nose will be fine. You may stil feal slightly nackerd but once ya get in the club you'll be fine.
