James, send us a PM or summat if you're still wanting to get T-shirts done. There's a company up here that does good quality T-shirts for £8.50 a time, no minimum run. You might remember someone posted about it, member "macoinit" (someone who works at the company).

 

I got one done recently and it came out great (was wearing it at the NEC). Proper fluorescent orange on black, both sides, looks professional and it even washes as well. None of this ironing a transfer onto a white t-shirt business. I thought it'd be crap but it's actually rather good.
