OK, I have been in [censored] 10 hours, which mainly involves having people phone up and complain, and be totally unappreciative of what we do for them. I have a mountain of paperwork which i need to get done, and i haven't even started planning my journey to Nottingham, or what i am going to wear. I think that, purely as a stress relief measure, I may just have to kill someone.

 

And i can't even get completely bolloxed tomorrow, as i have to drive
