After like 11 months of doing my house up, I have now finished it, yay yay yay!!

 

Im going to rent it out for abit, then move in next summer

 

2 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, living room dining room and kitchen all open planned to 37ft , Conceratay (dunno how to spell it), Utlitly room, Alocated parking space (putting a drive way in next year), Three Gardens and a Sea View

 

bought for 8 grand, bout 17,000 doing it up, now worth £72,000 Splendid!

Party, hmmmmm when i kick the people who's renting it out i guess, They are moving in on monday...

 

What really pissed me off, is that after all the contacts where signed, my renting agent decided to tell me that the couple has 5 KIDS!

Im 17

 

My main business is games design BOS (Blue Ocean Studios) with 63 staff world wide.

 

The company also consists of other programming, webdesign, graphics.

 

Im currently designing and building my own game engine (Game development software) which will give people the chance to build their own games. At the moment its of a basic standard, you can only build platform games much as mario on it. Although next year im hoping to of finished the advanced version which will allow people to build their own 3d games such as first person shooters etc etc.

 

Im also opening a Music Agency with Dawn. The music agency will be for Rock, Punk and Metal bands in the UK and will give unground bands a chance of the big time with verious promotional techniques and of course live performances

just 1 more question - how old where u when u started all this off 4 it 2 be the size it is now?!?

i work 20 to 22 hour days, usually about 6 days a week

 

Although that 22 hours also consists of a full day of college...sometimes also doing things like music and such. I started the games design team last summer, although I been designing games since I was about 13

in c/c++ i take it

Im leaning C\C++ at the moment

 

The engine im making at the moment is being built in Visual Basic, builds the games in DirectX

u cant build a game in directx - directx is just a tool u use 4 accessing the computers resorses more effeciantly

 

and visual basic is a tad slow 4 ne kind of game development (and i meen using directx n all) - i know cuz i've been there and done that

 

mine u - if u've mastered the art of direct3d then i have total respect 4 u cuz i got baord with that after i got as far as making a piramid rotate

I was gunna buy a 1 bed flat in london for 85k 2 years ago but decided i didnt wanna spend that much money on such a small place.

London sucks for a single person who wants a decent sized property unless you earn 40k atleast a year
