My keyboard fooked: When I do a SHIFT + 2, I get a = @ instead of a "

 

that sounds liek you got the same prob that pepsi ahd, your keyboard si set on USA english rather than UK english, the keys ahve been swapped round. just reset your keyboard language to UK english and it should be fine.

mine does that at times, r u on xp??

 

Look in bottom corner (see attatched) and it should be on English (uk) That should sort it out, well does with me!!
