Marmite supposed to be good on toast after a 'heavy' night- replaces some of the stuff in yer body and helps the detox apparently

Bovril is merely good for drinking!

MMmmmmmmm marmite on toast is the best especially with proper butter not margarine.

Well never like Bovril 2 drink either and can't have it anyway as veggie now

Just to be different - I don't mind it, and eat it every once in a while, but it's nothin special, and it's not something I'd go out of my way to buy

I can eat about 3 bites of it on toast but no more than that,it gets a bit rough,yukkie. I remember once this woman was babysitting me and my mate and she knew i hated marmite,she made me a cheese and pickle sarnie, but she told me some one was at the front door and i was to go and awnser it so i went, no one was there,came back, she gave me my sarnie, i took a huge munch out if it to fund she had LAYERED it with marmite...what a bitch! i was about 7 !
