will prove v. difficult to get EVERYONE to agree on same date so we will just have to go with majority, offer 1 deal (1 price, 1 date, 1 location, 1 hotel) and people are either in or they not.

 

I spent fooking ages last year trying to please everyone and later found out that the majority of people who winged about this price or that hotel didnt end up going in the end anyway!

 

People are either in or they aint - there is always next year for the peeps who cant make this or that date/price this year.
