I've just got a new mouse his name is George and he is grey but he flashes blue and red.

 

Thing is that I've connected it up to my computer but the scroll button is working. Seeing as their are lots of computer people on here, I thought some1 mite be able to help.

you installed the drivers correctly and made sure that the scroll function is activated in the mouse properties in control panel?

but went into the control panel and clicked on the mouse thing, went to wheel setup bit and went to the help button and it said

 

"for application not support Microsoft Intelli-mouse, verticle wheel with have no effect"

 

does that mean the scroll function of my mouse won't [censored] on my computer?

di the mouse come with any drivers?

Ive got a Logitech Mouseman Cordless, and i didnt need to install the drivers. plus im using the PS2 adapter on top of the USB bit.

aye i know but you can have it set on or off! also jen is on laptop and sometimes that is set to off cus of the touch pad

As soon as you plug in a mouse on a laptop (ps2 port) it takes over the touch pad!

yes that right sherlock but it doesn't necessary make the middle mouse button come into play, i mean if that was the case we wouldn't have drivers for hardware
