The Government are set to pass The Licensing Bill, which will require musicians to have a Public Entertainment Licence. At the moment venues can have rights to allow one or two musicians to perform. This plans to be changed. It is a serious issue and more information about it can be found here.

I've heard about this and there is no way it'll get passed.Basically it means that even churches would have to pay for a license for people to be able to sing at sunday worship!Cant see a lot of people going for that personally.
