I'm trying to track down a tune from 95. If anyone can help me out you will be my alltime hero / heroine

Diky Diky 'Colour Machine' on Lucas Records.

It's a spanish release, written & mixed by N.Clofent & P.Garcia, apparently licensed to Lucas records (It may well be released on a different label too)
