I think we need to make sure we dont have too many posts about a particular event as I and lots of others are getting lost.

Just 1 post in Event Suggestions (moving to This Week when the time arises)

Just 1 post in Official Meet-ups (as and when the attendance rate rises)

If urgent only very short notes in 'Random Bollox' with links to the actual posts in Event Suggestions/This Week/Official Meet-ups (so people reply to the master posts and not the random ones)
