Que club was special but it was a dive.

 

Sanctuary is one of the worst clubs in Brum. Shit sound system, shit door staff, shit cloak room staff, shut bar staff, shit toilets. It wants to be the Opera House in Bournemouth and never will be.

 

The works is clean, spacious, loads of places to wander around and explore like the Que club. Wicked sound system, great security. It's such a comfortable club, you could go to sleep there if you wanted.

the sanctuary DID have the worst queue's of any venue i've been to (9pm-12:30am once) but it was a rocking atmosphere inside, the bass was fu.cking immense.

 

first time i went to the worx the sound system just couldn't fill the venue (the music was tinny and not loud enough)

I prefer clarity over volume.

 

The sound at the Sanctuary is horrible, every time you leave with your ears ringing due to the distortion. If you go to a decent club the music can be louder and your ears are fine.
