I've got serious post clubbing shakes!!

 

Anyone know a good way of stopping them?

Try sum 5HTP from holland & Barratts that works pretty well on comedowns!!

Think ur the 1st person who went to passion to make it back to the board today as it seems dead quiet so well done on that!!

The post clubbing shakes is usually due to a lack of food over the weekend - your body starts metabolising - it runs out of food to burn for energy so starts 'eating' away at muscle tissue! Nice ey? The simple solution is to eat more over the weekend!!

The party i went to after yesterday we ordered mass take away for dinner and scoffed the lot - def did the trick!!

I usually find even if i'm not that hungry after clubbin crisps still always go down pretty well!
